RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
We have a 7-day return/exchange policy on defective items only. Items that are not defective or have become defective due to customers actions are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All returns must include the original factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.), blank and unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork and must be in original MINT condition with no writing or tears on the box or any of the paperwork. Also, there are to be no scratches on the item itself. If you deface the original factory cartons or packaging in any manner or do not abide by the conditions of this return policy, your return will not be accepted. Management must authorize all returns. Please call for an authorization number before shipping back any merchandise.
